They say love finds you when you least expect it — and for us, it started with two Frenchies and a few swipes on Hinge.What began as a few exchanged messages quickly turned into late-night conversations about life, love and of course, our dogs. Tony had his lovable Frenchie-bully mix, Keisha and I had my charming Frenchie, Gizmo.It didn’t take long for us to realize that between us (and our pups) were the makings of something special. Our first date was in Walnut Creek — the perfect halfway point between Sacramento and San Francisco — and from that moment, we both knew this connection was different. What started as curiosity grew into comfort and comfort blossomed into love.Over the next three years, we built a life filled with laughter, adventure and plenty of "urban hikes" aka dog walks. We discovered our shared love for Niners football, Giants games, comedy clubs, concerts and simple, quiet nights just hanging out with Keisha and Gizmo.On May 10, 2025 on the beautiful sands of Monterey Beach, Tony asked me to marry him — and between the sound of the ocean waves and the joy in that moment, the answer was an easy yes.We were once connected by a bridge and now our souls are forever entwined. Now, we can’t wait to begin our forever surrounded by the people we love most who have been part of our journey from the start.

Getting There

Flying InOut of town guests should plan to fly into the Savannah/Hilton Head airport (SAV) which is the closest airport and a 45-minute drive from Beaufort. Rental cars are strongly encouraged but ride shares are also available. Spring Hill Suites are fully booked! There are still reservations available for a discounted group rate at the Tru by Hilton so please register by March 4 to receive the discount!

Founded in 1862, Penn School, established by northern missionaries, was one of the first academic schools in the South to provide a formal education for previously enslaved West Africans. Today the center serves as a museum for the preservation of African-American stories from the Civil War era to modern times.

Beaufort is well known for it's legendary golf courses. After all, The Legend of Bagger Vance was filmed here! Stroll through the charming town squares, browse the boutiques along Broughton Street or wander down to River Street for waterfront views, live music and a taste of true Southern cooking. Enjoyed Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil? Then don't miss the city’s stunning architecture and historic landmarks, from Forsyth Park’s iconic fountain to the stately homes that line the avenues.

Located one hour north of Beaufort, Charleston is the crown jewel of the Lowcountry — where history, culture, and coastal beauty meet. With its pastel-colored homes, cobblestone streets, and vibrant harbor views, Charleston feels like stepping into a storybook steeped in Southern grace. Spend the day exploring the historic district, shopping along King Street or visit the International African-American Museum, which recently opened in June 2023 and is built on the fishing wharf where approximately 40% of the nation's enslaved persons disembarked. After, you can enjoy fresh seafood by the water or simply wander the charming streets with a scoop of praline ice cream in hand. You'll be glad you paid a visit!

The parking lot on the Prince St. side is still available. The gravel parking lot on the side of King St. will be closed due to road construction. Street parking is available but will be limited near the New St. and King St. intersection. Please plan accordingly, arrive early and consider car pooling with other guests to limit parking in residential areas. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you for your support on this big day!

Attendance

While we wish we could celebrate with everyone we love, we kindly ask that attendance be limited to those listed on your invitation. Each guest who RSVPs will see the names associated with their invitation on this site. RSVPs are due no later than March 1, 2026. If your plans have changed, please let us know so that we can update our headcount for dinner. Additionally, in respect for the religious nature of our ceremony, we request that no children attend, except for those in the wedding party and the families who have been notified. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate this special day with you.

Attire

While not black tie, wedding formal attire is required — suits for gentlemen and elegant dresses for ladies. Our color palette of lilac, blush pink and champagne will be woven throughout the celebration; guests are welcome to incorporate these hues if they wish!

The church doors will open at 1:30 PM to welcome guests and will close promptly at 2:30 PM once the ceremony begins. Please don’t be fashionably late—once the doors close, entry won’t be permitted. This will be an unplugged ceremony. To ensure that the photography and videography of the event are not disrupted, we ask that phones and cameras remain put away and on silent.

Cocktail Hour & Reception

Cocktail hour will begin at 4:30 PM and will feature a bar with light appetizers and a buffet-style dinner reception will follow at 5:30 PM. Be mindful to drink responsibly if you will be driving. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. And don’t forget to share your favorite song—we can’t wait to dance the night away with you!
